What if I decide to cancel my appointment, missed my appointment, or ‘no show’?

Signature Glow by Nilda’s CANCELLATION POLICY

Services that are cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment or no shows are subject to a 50% fee of the service to have been performed. Please Note: Arriving more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Exceptions to this policy will be made at the sole discretion of the company and will be based on client communication prior to the scheduled appointment.
